Head of the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Unit Ms. Samya Abou Sharif participation in the Arab Payment Week (#APW2024).
Abou Sharif participated as a speaker in the Arab Payments Week in day 2 session on combating financial crimes, where the role of financial investigation units in the operational and strategic analysis of reports related to payment systems and their tools was highlighted, the discussion also called attention to the importance of the public and private sectors partnership in building a sophisticated payment system within control and risk systems in the framework of combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
